Our office has been an integral part of the Johnston community since 2010, serving Johnston, Urbandale, Des Moines, Clive, Waukee, West Des Moines and Ankeny, IA Dr. Aaron Giddings graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2008. Before settling into practice at the CHWC in Johnston, Dr. Giddings spent over a year practicing in Indianola, IA. Techniques he utilizes include Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson and Activator. He also utilizes physiotherapy including electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, hydroculator packs, cryotherapy, intersegmemental and mechanical traction as well as rehabilitation. He has additional training in extremities adjusting and motion palpation.

Dr. Giddings is a proud Des Moines native. He has been a chiropractor since 2008 and proudly providing services in Johnston since 2010.  He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to that, he had received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Biology from Grand View College in Des Moines, Iowa in 2005 with a major in Biology. He currently resides in Johnston with his wife and three children. He is also an owner and lead instructor (Sifu) at Shadow Fist Kung Fu and Tai Chi in Windsor Heights.
