Chef Cydney Koehn is the owner and executive chef of Cyd’s Catering LLC, an award-winning Central Iowa catering company known for its refined, approachable service and exceptional corporate cuisine. With a culinary philosophy rooted in the belief that “whenever people gather around a table, the food should be joyful, nourishing, and eventful,” Chef Cyd brings over two decades of experience to the table. Before launching her business in 2011, she served as Assistant Club Manager at the Des Moines Golf and Country Club and Executive Sous Chef at Hy-Vee’s Corporate Offices. A passionate advocate for local food and Iowa-grown ingredients, Chef Cyd is known for making high-end catering feel effortless for clients while exceeding expectations at every bite.
